Reservations

How do I view or modify my reservation at Humphreys Half Moon Inn?

Use this booking engine link to view, modify, or cancel any reservation made online on our website. Simply click the “My Reservations” button in the top right corner. Please call hotel reservations at 800-542-7400 for assistance with reservations made directly with us by phone.

How do I change a reservation I made elsewhere?

Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room plus taxes/fees.

Do I need to show my ID or passport at check in?

Yes, a valid government-issued picture ID is required for check-in.

Is a credit card needed at check in?

Yes.

Can you pay with cash at check in?

No, a valid credit card is required upon check-in and will be authorized for the full amount of the stay plus $50 per day for incidentals. You may pay with cash AT CHECK OUT.

What age do kids stay for free?

Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.

Will your rooms allow rollaways and cribs? Is there a charge?

All rooms can accommodate pack and plays, and they are available through the front desk free of charge. We do have a limited number of rollaways available for an additional $35 fee per night (based on availability) and these may be accommodated in select rooms.

Does Humphreys Half Moon Inn have connecting rooms?

We have a very limited number of connecting rooms. Please contact us at 800-542-7400 for details. We do feature spacious suites perfect for families and extended stays.

Do you offer extended stay rooms and rates?

Yes, we feature a variety of spacious suites for comfortable family, group, or extended stay travel. Please contact our sales department at 800-377-1177 if your stay exceeds 14 days to discuss extended stay rates.

Do you have rooms with kitchens?

Our Garden and Marina View Suites and Grand Marina Suites have kitchens equipped with a stove top, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

Do you have accessible rooms at Humphreys Half Moon Inn?

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower. For more information on the accessible features of our hotel, please visit our Accessibility page or call 800-542-7400.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, we do. A 24 hour early departure notice is required; otherwise a fee of one night’s room and tax will apply.

Is there a fee if I do not show up to check in to my reservation?

Yes. No show reservations are subject to one night’s room and tax.

How can I make a group booking at Humphreys Half Moon Inn?

Reservations for 5 or more rooms for the same stay dates are known as a “group booking”. These typically have different rates, availability structures, and deposit requirements than non-group reservations. For more information or to make a group booking, please email dos@halfmooninn.com.

General Info

What is check in/check out time?

Check-in time is from 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.

Can I guarantee an early check-in or late check-out?

Check-in begins at 4pm. If you should arrive early, you are welcome to store your luggage with our staff until check-in time. Early check-in’s are based on availability on the day of arrival only. Check-out is at 11am. Late check-outs are based on availability on the day of departure only (fees may apply). Please be aware that during times of high occupancy, we cannot allow late departures.

Do you allow smoking on property or in your guest rooms?

There is no smoking anywhere on property (including in all guestrooms), except in designated smoking areas. Humphreys will assess a fee of $250 to guests who choose not to follow this policy.

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and is available in all guest rooms.

How much do you charge for high-speed wifi internet access?

High Speed WIFI is included in our $17 (plus tax) Half Moon Pass Fee.

Does Humphreys Half Moon Inn have an on-site fitness center?

Yes, we do have a fitness center with a treadmill, elliptical machine, bike and weight machine. The gym is open from 6 AM – 11 PM daily.

Do you offer bikes for use during my stay?

We have 1 hour bicycle rentals complimentary to our guests, any additional hours require a fee.

What are the Humphreys Half Moon Inn pool hours?

Our outdoor, heated pool and whirlpool spa are open from 8am-11pm daily.

Do you have a pool bar?

Yes we have a brand new outdoor Oasis Pool Bar.  Learn more here!

Do you have a spa on property?

No. However, we do feature an on-site massage facility. You can read our Spa Commitment. If you would like more info or to book an appointment please call 858-356-2SPA and they would be happy to assist.

How much is on-site parking at Humphreys Half Moon Inn?

Self-parking is available at a charge of $25 per night.

Do you charge a resort fee? If so, what is included?

Humphreys Half Moon Inn offers a mandatory Half Moon Pass fee of $20.00 per day. It includes 20% off breakfast, 10% off lunch and dinner, bicycle rentals, high-speed wi-fi, waived cover charge at our lounge (waived fee excludes National Acts), and more.

How do I purchase tickets to Humphreys Concerts by the Bay?

Tickets can be purchased IN PERSON at Humphreys box office or on-line at Ticketmaster.

Can I guarantee a room or suite overlooking Humphreys Concert by the Bay on a concert night?

No.
