For main courses, enjoy chef selections including poached eggs benedict, eggnog French toast, lemongrass seafood cioppino, herb roasted chicken, almond-crusted mahi mahi, pineapple-glazed ham, slow-roasted prime rib, and pear cider–brined turkey. Pasta and gnocchi are made to order at interactive stations, while festive sides like Boursin whipped potatoes, herbed brown rice, and roasted winter vegetables complete the spread.
